I joined Life Balance as Practice Manager in September 2025. I have managed in Private Healthcare and Wellbeing services for 8 years. I find purpose in supporting people on their journey to better health which is why I chose Life Balance.

Outside of work you will find me competing in Hyrox/CrossFit or playing any sport that is played with a ball! I also love to find new coffee spots and spend quality time with friends and family.
