Being in and around Chiropractic and Chiropractors for the last 10 years of my life I have become inspired by the Chiropractic adjustment. Chiropractic is something that I have always felt passionately about and love seeing everyone’s individual Chiropractic journey.

What is your role?
I work as Assistant Centre Director at Life Balance Chiropractic.
What does your day-to-day look like?
There is a big variety from day to day in what I do. Part of my responsibilities include making sure the front desk is run smoothly for all our clients and chiropractors, taking interviews and recruiting, responsible for onboarding of new employees, as well as taking team trainings. I ensure the operation of the clinic is run well and also create and update our processes and policies.
What are the problems you help clients solve?
I am available to help clients with any specific issues they might have before or during their care, in addition to that my main responsibility is to train our CA-team so they are able to answer any questions our clients might have!
How long have you been in this position?
I have been working at Life Balance since November 2022. I stepped into the position I am in now in April 2023.
What makes you well-suited for this role?
I think what makes me well suited for this role is the fact that I enjoy a fast pace, supporting environment with lots of opportunities.
Why do you love your job?
I love to make the team work together and teach them what they need to know to become comfortable in the position. I also love to be a part of a supporting team as well as helping our clients get back doing what they love to do.
What’s the most fulfilling part?
The most fulfilling part for me is seeing our clients being able to do things that they have not been able to do recently, it makes me so happy to be a part of that journey for them.
What do you think the customer experience should be like?
I think that the customer experience should be remarkable in the way that we always cover the basis of a friendly, warm, caring and welcoming environment but also deliver unexpected things – those tiny little things.
Your life outside of work
Outside of work I do love to travel and see different cultures and environments as well as meeting new people – I did live in Australia for 3 years before I moved to England, and did a lot of traveling during those years.
Other than traveling, I love to run and am currently training to complete a Half Marathon in October – wish me luck!
I also do enjoy going to the gym.
