What is the typical time expected to see results and how many sessions do I need?
It depends on your age, health, and how long the problem has been there.
New issues (under 30 days): Most feel and function better in 3–6 weeks
Ongoing issues (1–3 months): Most improve in 6–9 weeks
Chronic issues (over 3 months): Often require more time and repetition, but we typically see good progress in 9–12 weeks with maintenance care for lasting results. The goal is more good days and fewer bad days.
