I originally came to Life Balance to help with a dodgy knee that was causing me to limp and wasn't healing. 4 months on and not only am I no longer limping, but im ready to start running again, my migraines and headaches have become less frequent, I'm having fewer digestive issues and my mood has improved.

I came with lower back pain, I talk to the ladies at the reception about my condition (super nice and helpful) he immediately helped me make an appointment with the doctor. Dr. Harrison gets me back on my
feet (super doctor) thanks to him and massages (kayla and jo) I can go back to work full time, the best in the pool, the prices are not bad, I really recommend (x-ray on site, consultation everything super helpful) thanks to the visits I can function without pain

My daughter sent me information about Life Balance Chiropractic Centre in Poole, Dorset about 6 weeks ago because she was aware of my constant neck, shoulder and arm pain. After the initial consultation and x-rays, the chiropractor practitioner Dr Chris, started to treat me twice weekly. Within a week I started feeling better and after 6 weeks of treatment, I can now say I am nearly pain free and I have better movement in my arm and neck.
I also went to improve my posture, although it is improving with the treatment, still an ongoing process, but overall my quality of life has improved significantly.
I had never been to a chiropractor before, so I was unsure what to expect. The sessions are short and powerful,  the body is adjusting and healing after each session. Sometimes improvements are nearly instant and other times they take longer. I first came to Life Balance because I was falling over a lot.  When I fell down twice in one day I knew I had to do something about it.   A colleague had been having treatment with Life Balance and I had watched his back pain improve over time so I made my first appointment with Harrison.     I had an xray which showed I had a twist in the bottom of my spine and this needed correcting.   I also had extreme pain in my lower back when I got out of bed in the mornings and I had to wait for this to subside before I could stand and walk about.   I signed up for treatment and now over three years later I am pain free in my back and I haven't fallen over since I started.  After starting with multiple visits a week I am now out to two monthly visits to check I am still ok and correct any other problems that turn up with life.  I am now pain free in the mornings, my sleep pattern is so much better and I can look  forward to walking correctly for the rest of my life.    I will continue to travel from Wimborne to Poole as although I had already been seeing Chiropractors for the past 50 years it wasn't until I went to Life Balance that I got a solution. I went to Life Balance with lower back pain and tightness in this area. After several months of chiropractic treatment the pain has gone, and my flexibility has increased. The team were fantastic, friendly, easy to talk to,  always happy to answer any questions and arrange appointments around my busy work and personal schedule.

I’ve been treated for 10 months now and I could not speak more highly of the wonderful clinical team as well as the smiley faces on the front.
