WE ARE LAUNCHING A NEW PODCAST CALLED ‘THE BALANCED LIFE’

The podcast will focus on a holistic approach to health and healing. 

A lot of you might have these thoughts in your head, how do I break free from stress, overcome pain and feel less like crap ? So I can get back on track and reclaim my health, happiness and get my life back? How do i stay motivated? How to do i stay accountable? 

Well good news, our brand new podcast launched for you the public will help you with all those stresses. 

Why?
Because restoring human connection and creating joy for others is our reason for being. We aim to create an experience for families that restores human connection to bring back possibility and joy to live a better life. We believe health doesn’t happen in a doctor’s surgery, it happens in people’s everyday lives and the life balance chiropracticthey seek and lifestyle they live is a big part of it. 

We believe your body’s ability to heal is greater than anyone has permitted you to believe. Few of us know why we lose it or how to get it back which is why we believe the world would be a better place if we see that health is the real wealth and understood procrastination is the thief of all health. Through our educational, uplifting, inspirational podcast you can keep on track of your health goals and achieve them as we are achieving ours. 

Through frustration, we noticed many people’s needs were just not being met through the old world thinking of just ‘treating symptoms’ and trying to solve the 21 st century epidemic of stress and lifestyle related conditions. 

Knowing there was a better alternative, we with the balanced life podcast are sharing a systems based approach to health ‘a new world way of thinking’ that takes a holistic approach to restoring health and improving vitality by improving underlying function and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal through balancing the body’s nerve system.

 How are we doing it for you? 

Did you know your body is incredible ? It’s actually designed to self heal and regulate. That’s right, your very own superpower and ability to keep yourself healthy. It’s called innate intelligence and it’s the power that coordinates and repairs your body without you even thinking about it. Not enough people realise the importance of the nervous system in this process. We aim to change that and we aim to lead the conversation on why taking care of your nervous system is essential to daily life. 

Our job is to listen, the oldest method of learning through conversations with the greatest minds from around the world and sharing idea and insights from The balanced life podcast we aim to help people around the globe make better decisions about what to do next for their health and inspire people to live a better life by taking care of their body from the inside out and this excites us very much.
